Consequently the older design of SEP database doesn’t meet today’s requirements.
Symantec have to find a solution to this issue urgently.
Whereas, the 2 unsuccessful installations both had previous installations of SEP from a different SEP server, which will eventually be decommed.
First question : Should "Automatically uninstall existing security software" be enabled to remove these previous SEP client installations before installing a newer version?
As you may know, definition revisions mainly stored in SEP Database.
