Frankie revealed the news on BBC Breakfast this morning, accompanied by her fellow bandmates.“I’m such a huge fan of Strictly! “I’ve always wanted to be a part of the show, it looks like so much fun and the costumes are just gorgeous.Keen to emphasise that ballroom dancing will be nothing like the moves she displays on stage and in music videos, Frankie added:“Like so many little girls, I used to take dance lessons when I was in primary school and I really love dancing, but this is going to be so different from anything I have done with The Saturdays.” The 25-year-old first tasted fame aged 12 as part of S Club Juniors, before auditioning for The Saturdays in 2007.
But despite believing their baby was on its way, Frankie was back at home by 2 o'clock- and took to Twitter to joke about the day.
Frankie has been on maternity leave for months now after her huge bump left her unable to perform with the Saturdays.
But I guess a lot of it is heartache, but that's where I've been over the last few months.
Imagine if the Mollie King album is as good as the second Rachel Stevens one…
After hinting that her due date was rapidly approaching this week, the gorgeous 24-year-old was rushed to hospital this morning.
