Now I have been given a ZTE ANDROID (used), but cannot log in to my account because the account PIN or whatever it is has disappeared. Any ideas on where to find one of these phones for purchase? New customers often get special pricing, offers, or deals, whether it's for wireless, cable TV, Internet, or just about any other service you can think of. That's why I'm leaving Assurance Wireless and going to Access Wireless.I really am thankful for the free phone service, but it would be better if it actually worked!!! They have better phones, and they have Bring Your Own Phone Program, which means you can pick out your own phones to upgrade to, which is good because we deserve it! The service is great, however the phone is not that great. Unfortunately, there's no real science behind this as Assurance no longer publishes what's compatible. So instead of paying for the dump to get rid of them, some genius mind had the idea: Why not give them away to the lower class citizens and control them...
