The Office 2013 updates released on April 8 2014 address a problem when publishing Free/Busy to FTP servers or local file shares.
You can use Microsoft Outlook to publish Free/Busy information to any server your and your coworkers (or friends and family) have read/write access to.
By default, if your topology meets the following requirements, all conversations will be shown in a single/tabbed window.
However, there are cases when the client can’t detect if server-side conversation history is enabled and it will not default to single window view.
The default values defined by the administrator might not be honored when scheduling an online meeting in Outlook, including whether to make a meeting public or private, who can be a presenter, and whether to play entry and exit announcements.
